How to develop leaders?

1. Nurture only those leaders who share’s the church’s vision.

A very strong statement but how true? VERY TRUE. If the person doesn’t share the vision, give a chance by sharing the vision and wait till he buys in to the vision. if not, invest on people who do.
2. Look for leaders who harness the power of change.

Be on the lookout for people who embraces change as a lifestyle. The gospel never changes but our methodologies always do. People who don’t adapt to change will be left behind.

3. Search out for leaders who put people first.

Look for people who has the heart of a shepherd. You would want leaders who puts the interest of God and others first.
