The past month has really been interesting:

Mikey Arroyo who dug his own grave by admitting in public TV that he stole the people’s money and told us to just sue him if we have a problem.

Serena Williams shouting at the line judge that he would shove the ball in her throat

Joe Wilson shouting at national TV that Obama was a liar.

Of course, Kanye West’s “Beyonce’s video is the best!” remark to Taylor Swift

In a world where they tell us to speak our minds why did this 4 personalities who spoke their minds received such negative publicity?

ANSWER: Speak your mind in the right place and the right time.

If truth/opinion/comment is spoken in the right place at the right time – it will be heard loud and clear. If spoken at the wrong place and time it would be open to negative perceptions by the people.

Joe, Serena, Kanye – their careless authenticity brought a huge backlash on their image.

So if you are tempted to speak your mind, check first if it is the right place and the right time, if not just SHUT UP!
