The gospel has taught me how weak I am to be somebody else’s cure.

I cannot present myself as the answer to the problem of the congregation. The only option is to point them to Christ. Only Christ can solve their problem.

Too many times we make the mistake of relying on our programs to be the cure for people.

“Magvictory weekend ka lang”, “Mag victory group ka lang”, “mag church ka lang”, “be part of a ministry”

All of that are good but it would never be the cure.

Sin is the problem, Jesus is the answer.
