Larry graduated last week in the School of Campus Ministry and I have seen how he struggled, fought the good fight of faith and studying, how he managed to drive his kids to school, spend time with his wife and still finish 20 books in 12 weeks plus all the assignments, quizzes, recitations and reports.

One of the things that I look for in a team member is CHARACTER. Larry has it!
