Our one life to live campaign that happened last month was one of the best things that has happened to our church. We have a recorded 18% growth in our Sunday attendance which means more than 200 new people were invited in our church.

Most of the churches go through evangelistic or outreach campaigns that produces growth. Question is are there systems in place to assimilate the people in the church?

That was one hard question we as a team have to go through, discuss and debate – do we have an efficient and effective structure in place to keep the new people in church or is our back door so wide open that the growth that we have experienced last month is superficial.
