Becoming successful in our age today is within everybody’s reach. The Internet has been the human equalizer.
All of us have access to the same knowledge, same opportunities and platforms to spread our ideas.
It means success is at hand if we only work hard and discover our strengths.
Success is not the hard work.
Staying successful is the hard work.
The late Steve Jobs encouraged us to Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish.
I saw that in my own parents. They are senior citizens and while everybody is working towards retirement they still are in the lookout on how to be more productive and give to the world.
It’s one thing to be content (Philippians 4:10-13), it’s another thing to be complacent.
Content comes from a grateful heart while complacency comes from passivity and laziness.
To continue to grind is to say God has been good to me and I want to give back- to my family, my friends, the people who supported me along the way and the world.
So to all the grinders out there, watch that you don’t be complacent. World hard and spread your art that will make the world a better place.
