In a typical week I attend 5 meetings. Most of these meetings last for 2 hours some 4 hours. Aside from that you would receive meeting requests from others – counseling, body of Christ meetings, school meetings etc….
How would I do my job if I have a lot of meetings???? A lot of people die by meetings. How can I stay in tip top shape and be productive?
Choose your meetings. We can’t say YES to all, CHOOSE your meetings. How?
a. Ask: is this meeting fulfilling the job I was called to do?
b. Is this part of God’s vision for your church?
c. Is this part of my priority?
Going to all the meetings we are invited to does not mean we are productive. BUSYNESS is NOT the measure of productivity.
Eliminate good meetings and attend Essential meetings.
