I am not against POKEMON GO. I think it is a fun game observing how many people got hooked into their cellphone screen catching the latest monster. But I do have a big problem with some people who reasons out that they have no time to work on their dreams and goals.

” I love to focus my efforts on my goals, but I have don’t have the time!” says the average person.

So I go and check out the social media feed of the guy and pop goes his tweets and FB status:

GOING TO CATCH SOME POKEMON WITH FRIENDS!

THIS GAME IS FUN AND ADDICTIVE. I CAN’T GET OVER IT!

ROADTRIP TO CATCH SOME POKEMON!!!

In the meanwhile, another guy goes out and hustles his way to the top. Instead of catching some Pokemon monsters, he reads, researches, he works hard to fulfill his goals. He goes beyond what is expected of him. He takes his prime time (7 pm to 11 pm) doing things that would make a huge impact in his life.

Who do you think will finish his goals and fulfill his dream. The guy who has no time or the guy who works hard to make things happen. Your guess is as good as mine!

So what is my advice to the person who can’t find the time to accomplish his goals – POKEMON STOP!

Stop procrastinating! Stop giving invalid excuse! Erase those game apps and design your app that will change the world! Stop reading Facebook Newsfeeds and start making news in your world. Stop dreaming of becoming and start doing what God wants you to do!
