RULE #7: FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION.

A lot of people have burned out from this rule. As much as I try to have a high level of excellence in our team one of the things I try to hard to instill our team is that failure is not an option, it is essential.

If you visit our church, the biggest room you would see is not our hall. The biggest room in our church is the room for mistakes.

Comic Woody Allen said, “If you are not failing every now and again, it is a sure sign you’re not trying anything very innovative.
