I have had conflicts for the past 1 year and 6 months pastoring the church. Some were handled well, some were terribly handled. It is part of the learning process in building authentic community.
Our staff knows that when we have organized chaos, it is not because we want to attack them but we have the best intentions in mind.
The key for organized chaos is trusting your team. We, as leaders must build a culture of trust that when we correct and rebuke – it is because we have good intentions
Better is open rebuke than hidden love. Proverbs 27:5
