I have to preach this to myself. Whether it is in my personal finance, my stuff, and my ministry – if you try to look for satisfaction in those things it will never fulfill you. Ever wonder why people jump from one relationship to another, why people become greedy – it is because we look to things instead of God. We exchanged the truth of God for a lie. A lie of materialism, the lie of what lust, power and fame could give. The truth is it will never satisfy.
