Pastors and church leaders make a deliberate effort to turn members into missionaries. Every member is a minister and they need to know that. Make it a point to disturb your congregation if they neglect the GREAT COMMISSION to make disciples.

The worst thing to happen to a church is to have people come and fill the seats and treat your church as an entertainment center. You don’t want that. What you want and how God designed the church is to make disciples and advance His kingdom and the last time I checked only church members who sees themselves as disciples of Christ move. The others just watch and wonder what is happening.
