A lot of people are lacking in passion and energy because they are going nowhere and they have no plans of mapping out their destination.  We have different reasons – some are plain lazy, some are clueless and some just settled.

As leaders, we are called to be visionaries who takes action on the dreams that God has given us.

Start today. Do something. Go to a private place and wrestle with the Lord on the plans He has for you. Ask God to reveal. Ask God for God-sized dreams and visions. Quit playing it safe. Make sure every action you have requires faith in God.
