If it’s my desire to marry a pastor, can it be also the same ministry where I am called?

There is no such ministry in the church called “the pastor’s wife ministry”. I think it is a dangerous thing to think that you would want to marry a pastor. You don’t marry a job, you marry a man.

When I courted my wife it wasn’t because I wanted to marry a physical therapist or a daughter of a doctor, I wanted to marry Thammie. When she chose me, it wasn’t because she wanted to be a pastor’s wife, she wanted to be Dennis’ wife and it gave me an assurance that even if God calls me to quit ministry, Thammie will be faithful to me.
