Acts 14: 8-10
8 In Lystra there sat a man who was lame. He had been that way from birth and had never walked. 9 He listened to Paul as he was speaking. Paul looked directly at him, saw that he had faith to be healed 10 and called out, “Stand up on your feet!” At that, the man jumped up and began to walk.
What I love about healing is that there is not one way God heals. In this instance, a man born lame was just listening to Paul. The Scripture talks about faith comes from hearing the word. You could imagine his faith being stirred up as he was listening to Paul’s preaching while simultaneously the Spirit of God directs Paul to look at him and Paul sees his faith prays for him to be healed.
You see there is a high probability that there are other sick people there that day but God chose to heal this lame man. He had the faith to be healed that day and he received his.
