….even when you think it is a dumb question.

I’ve asked many dumb questions in my life. It never hurts. I am where I am. I was not demoted, maligned or questioned because of my dumb questions.

In fact, when I am teaching in class, I love a student who asks a lot of questions. And I won’t let it pass to tell someone that he or she might be asking too much. But I’ll tell them privately but still encourage them to continue asking.

You will never know when an answer to your question might be your life-altering moment. Asking questions shows how hungry you are to learn.

Keep asking.
