This is a very sensitive question. First and foremost the only person who can answer that is YOU. Only you can be the true judge of yourself. To vouch for someone’s salvation is not a wise thing to do for only the individual knows what is truly in his/her heart. I am currently reading Vintage church by Mark Driscoll and Garry Bershears and they gave a great answer on how you can know if you are a Chrisitian. 
It is important to know that Jesus is our only means to become a Christian. His work on the cross was enough to set us free and give us eternal life ( Col 2:13, John 3:16)
Here are the 3 dimensions of the Christian life.
1. Confession.
That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9
For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. Romans 10:10
What saves you is not some magical prayer called the sinners prayer or the altar call where you go in front after a minster tells you to come if you want to receive Christ into your heart.It is a real belief that saves you and not some traditional Christian walk to the front.
I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.

2. Experience.
A true Christian experiences life change. Are there evidences of an encounter with Jesus. No man ever remains the same when he has a true encounter with Jesus. Have your passions change? Do you see a desire to be more Christlike in your attitude.
he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, Titus 3:5
whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior, Titus 3:6
3. Mission.
Do you enjoy obeying and loving Jesus? Do you want others to feel the same way too? One of the burden God will give you as His child is to become a missionary to your culture, to your family and to your friends.
