Does it really work? If we follow the latest fads or methods to church growth we might end up confused and frustrated. Methods are very subjective. it might work for my environment and culture but it might flop if you do it in your own setting.

WHAT ARE SOME PRINCIPLES WE NEED TO EMBRACE AS CHURCH PLANTERS

1. DISCIPLESHIP

that is the principle, MAKE DISCIPLES. So whether it is thru Sunday School, small groups, one on one discipleship, G12, home cell groups. – embrace the principle and not the method

2. WORSHIP EXPERIENCE

people need to experience Jesus. Whatever songs would work, whatever preaching style that you have – hymnals vs contemporary, don moen vs 3rd day, expository or narrative preaching. – embrace the principle and not the method.

3. LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

the church needs to produce Christian leaders. Bible school, seminary, podcasts, video curriculums, trainings – embrace the principle and not the method.
