9. They do everything.

preaching, counselling, sermon preparation, funerals, dedications, weddings, staff meetings, small groups bible studies, equipping, youth camp, marriage retreat, choir, cleaning the church, ushering, worship leading and deliverance ministry. Can you really do it?

We must learn how to delegate, empower and trust our people. Work within a team. Embrace team concept. Don’t do everything. Less is MORE. The more focus I am to do what I am supposed to do the better the church will be.

10. Neglect the next generation.

When we don’t reach the next generation we cut the lifeline of the church. Build on the next generation. Be on the lookout for people under 20 and young people in their 20’s and 30’s and mentor them and give them something to do. Co-lead with them.
