who do you blame?

when things go wrong – who do you blame? Most likely not you. You try to find an excuse to blame others. It is human nature. We got it from Adam who blamed Eve who then blamed the serpent.

Responsible people takes the blame.

when things go right and well – who do you blame? Most likely you. You try to find reasons why you were the cause of the success. It is human nature. Pride. Taking credit. Job’s three friends tried to put the blame on Job. They felt good because in one of those rare days they felt more righteous than their friend.

Humble leaders don’t take credit for the success – he points to his team.
