Here is a motto that me and my family have been living for the past 5 years.

“IF YOU WILL LIVE LIKE NO ONE ELSE, LATER YOU CAN LIVE LIKE NO ONE ELSE.” – Dave Ramsey

\This motto has spared us from BIG stress and emergencies that come in our 5 years of marriage.

I have read almost 20+ books on finance. I am a fan of finance books but I’ve realized until you decide to practice what you read – then you will remain the same – BROKE.

Sacrifice. It is something we must practice. It means cheaper dates, budget expenses, wise sowing of money. The payoff will be worth the sacrifice.

I drive a Toyota Vios now. It is not a family but we are fine with it. The dream is for us to have a family van. Maybe not now or next year but  LATER.

LATER is the keyword. The dream house – LATER. The dream vacation – LATER. The dream TV – LATER. WHY?
