Yes you read it right. I need FAT people. FAT people will rule the world. FAT people would make great leaders. FAT people are dependable and reliable. To grow a church – you need to surround yourself with FAT people. The more FAT, the better.

F.A.T. stands for

F – faithful

A- available

T – teachable

2Tim. 2:2 And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.

You need people who are faithful to God, his cause, and the vision of the church.

You also need people who are available. People who are not busy when it comes to things that really matter.

And finally, teachable people. People who acknowledges that they are not all knowing and admits mistakes. People who are humble enough to learn and to adjust.
