Entry 7: Meetings that will change the world

Today is meeting day. Starting from 9am we had our Fort Staff meeting. Talked a little bit about Greenhills update and youth ministry transition. Got a lot of leadership lessons from our 3-hour meeting. After the meeting, had another meeting to talk about youth ministry transition. After lunch, had a meeting with our University of Makati church planters – Robert Gonzales and Keith Delloria. We are excited about the prospect of starting a university church in the nation of Makati. We wrote down all the things needed and people involved with the church plant. ( Just when I am about to leave youth ministry, things start to happen! Proud of the UMAK team and volunteers). After that had our youth ministry meeting with the people of VCF ALABANG. Great to be working with Joe and King. We had our word meeting so that we can dish out the most powerful and prepared message for this Saturday. Had my last meeting with Pastor Joey, just thinking of ways to smoothly transition the youth ministry. Off to a dinner meeting with the campus workers of the Fort. Pastor Robert G prepared some pepper steak. Nothing beats a meeting with PEPPER STEAK.

CLUELESS CHURCH PLANTER LESSON: Before any church plant, we have to sit down and count the cost. Transitions would take time. There must be a healthy balance of organizing the Green hills church plant and transitioning the ministry I’ll leave behind. Exciting days are ahead of us!!!
