I will be meeting with my administrative and pastoral staff in awhile and here is something that is burning in my heart. Reaching the next generation.

I was really moved watching the DVD worship of Hillsong Kids and have to admit almost moved to tears and inspiration that our kids ministry must look like that.

I watched how our high school and college ministry has grown to 60% in the last year and the excitement they bring to our meetings and our services.

I also see hundreds of singles in our church wanting to serve Jesus more.

at the same time I also see

thousands of kids in the streets begging

thousands of young people lost and clueless about their destiny

thousands of singles visionless and tired

70% of the Philippine population is under 30. We are a young nation. We have to be dead serious about the next generation or else the church in a few years time would be seriously dead.
