Is it really bad to eat blood like the “Dinuguan”? I am just curious because I was part of another so called “religion” that forbids eating the blood

So many people are trapped by so called religious rule. Man made rules to make them feel like they are more righteous than others. Here is a verse that might clear your doubts.

Matthew 15:8-11
New International Version (NIV)
8 “‘These people honor me with their lips,
but their hearts are far from me.
9 They worship me in vain;
their teachings are merely human rules.’[a]”

10 Jesus called the crowd to him and said, “Listen and understand. 11 What goes into someone’s mouth does not defile them, but what comes out of their mouth, that is what defiles them.”

On the other hand, let me also remind everyone that sometimes the question is not whether it is right or wrong, but is it wise???
