Another book that I finished this month that is worth the read for every pastor and church planter is the book “Five Temptations of a CEO” by Patrick Lencioni of the famed “Five Dysfunctions of a Team” book that has brought my leadership understanding personally to a new level.

Some things you can take  away from this book:

– the need to be vulnerable as a leader

– seeing the big picture and not just saving your face as a leader

– the power of accountability.

I would give this book a 4 star. This book gives you the tools that you need to apply leadership in your organization. Great read and I highly recommend this book
