I remember a pastor once said that the first question he would ask couples who are undergoing his counselling would be:

When was the last time you had sex with your spouse? 99% of the time the answer would be I can’t remember.

Remember married couples how sex was so easy when you first got married. Where intimacy, romance was a non-issue. What happened?

Could be a number of reasons:

– got busy

– late night work

– the kids makes me tired

– work took your time away from your spouse

– financial problems

Whatever your reason is, the fact is you are drifting far away from your spouse because you have an intimacy issue.

So why is baby step 1: have sex in the next 24 hours?

Because it is easy to have sex and you need to put a win in this marriage makeover.
